Start with what you choose to share
A role or product-information inquiry may contain your name, email address, mobile number, chosen work area, availability and message. If an SMS service is enabled, related information may include your consent selections and requests for help or withdrawal. These descriptions apply to information actually received through an available communication channel.

The company responsible
DailyHaven LLC is responsible for this website and the Haven Notes program. DHV is the public SMS brand alias operated exclusively by DailyHaven LLC. Questions about this notice or information associated with a conversation can be sent to demilio@dailyhavenllc.com. Identify the subject of your request without sending unnecessary sensitive material.

A practical reason for each use
Information received may be used to answer your question, consider an interest in direct part-time work, arrange relevant correspondence or manage an SMS preference. It may also be necessary to protect an enabled service, investigate misuse or meet applicable obligations. We do not ask for payment credentials to discuss a general role inquiry.

Your number is not a shared audience
Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or rented and are not provided for another party's own marketing. Haven Notes does not use purchased, rented, scraped, affiliate or third-party marketing lists.

Necessary support has a limited purpose
Where an enabled service uses hosting, SMS delivery, security or compliance providers, those providers may process only the information needed to perform their support, including consent information where necessary. This exception does not permit their independent marketing. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or needed to address a legitimate security or legal issue.

Keeping only what has a purpose
For information actually held, retention should reflect the inquiry, any ongoing correspondence and applicable legal requirements. When those reasons end, deletion or de-identification should follow where practicable. A limited suppression record may remain necessary to honor an SMS opt-out and prevent a number from being added again by mistake.

Choices after the first conversation
You can email demilio@dailyhavenllc.com to request access, correction or deletion of information actually held, subject to applicable rights and exceptions. A proportionate verification step may be needed. To leave Haven Notes, reply STOP; for assistance, reply HELP. Receiving SMS is separate from expressing interest in a DailyHaven part-time role.

Care around sensitive details
Reasonable organizational and technical measures should protect information handled by an enabled service, with access limited according to the task. No channel can guarantee complete security. Please avoid sending government identifiers, banking details, passwords or another person's private information through an ordinary inquiry.

Younger visitors and later versions
This website and Haven Notes are not directed to children under 13, and DailyHaven does not knowingly seek their personal information. A parent or guardian with a concern can write to demilio@dailyhavenllc.com. The effective date identifies the current notice; revisions may be posted when relevant practices or requirements change.
